Land being transferred from main owner to another without notice - Chitwan

Basanti Maharjan, March 24, 2016  Land revenue office is a government agency that secures the land of each citizen through the paperwork. But it has been revealed the fact that from Chitwan Land Revenue Office millions of land in the name of personal person has been passed in the name of another person without informing the original land owner.

Earlier than this too it has been proved that Chitwan Land Revenue Office has passed the several land in the name of other person without informing the original land owner in the coordination of the office staffs. Lastly, the land worth’s of millions of amount has been passed to another person being the forgery land owner that lies in the heart of the tourist area Sauraha of Chitwan.

                  

As the people are passing the land in the name of another person being a forgery land owner without informing the original land owner. The land owners of Chitwan have become startled. The land of Bachyauli VDC Ward no- 2 of Chitwan which was in the name of Kamal Basnet and has maintained the Sresta. The 19 kattha 14 dhur land of the kitta number 216 has been passed to Mera Singh Gharti of Baglung’s Rana Singh Ketani. As the land has been passed to Gharti without knowing by the original land owner Basnet, he was forced to take the help of the police and law.

Kamal Basnet permanent resident of Sunsari, Itahari municipality but currently staying in Kathmandu has given the complaint at Land Revenue Office and District Police Office saying that he has not sold the land but the land had been sold by Bhu- Mafia doing the forgery.
